You have a working WATTCP port for DJGPP that has code which works for NEWS 
and FTP transfers? I and a number of other people have tried using the DJGPP 
source code from http://www.supro.com/wattcp/wattcp.html for the lynx 2.7.1 
DJGPP port and found that we can't get NEWS:// and FTP:// to work using the 
DJGPP port of WATTCP.....
