Yes, djp.exe can half the size of an executable file.  I have a little readme
to myself that says:
mlp105b.zip is the djp compressor.

You can get it from the same simtel sites where all the other files are.

Also, if you are using the -O3 option, that option can add to the size of the
resulting executable file.  -O2 doesn't, I hear.
