no it's a processor state, allows you to use all your memory instead of just 
1Mb.

I don't think you have to use it. You are using win95 and it already has a 
DPMI-driver. Do you have a file call CVSDPMI.EXE if you don't you should, and 
you should put it somewhere where the program you run can find it (like the
same directory). This file is use for the programs end of the DPMI stuff.
