Well, maybe I have been a bit too harsh... Sorry. 
What I do not want is solving other peoples problems, 
but show them ways _how_ they can solve their problems.
About every freeware/GNU package comes with files called
README.1ST, INSTALL ore variations thereof. I just wasted
some hours for installing an upgrade of our backup package 
because I didn't read those files. (Done that before, that much
can't have changed. It can.) Instead of giving a complete answer
I do believe it is more helpful in the long run to explain how to 
avoid those problems. Believe me, it'll keep your blood pressure 
down, your computer undented, your knowledge of four letter words
at a minimum.

Don't believe it, read it ;-)
The foreign language is a problem for most of us, the mix
of native and non-native speakers may cause some confusion.
Luckily, I miss out most of the differences between british and
american english.
