If ncp is what I think it is (Netware Core Protocol), I once
saw an announcement of an IPX library for DJGPP. Search the
mail archives for IPX. Or check SET's homepage, maybe
he has a link to it. 
Another solution would be to have a look at the linux
ncp stuff, but that's probably tougher ;-)
