Can you specify traceback of the programs? 
(Use redir -e error.txt <program.exe> to run)
And what version (build) of MGL you are using? 
I have analogue problems with early MGL 4.0 versions, but some of
programs are running well under both platforms, anothers crashes.
I've used the same configuration except processor type (Intel P100).
