I keep meaning to fix up my notes on how to build both cross-compilers
and how to bootstrap compilers from a unix system and send them 
to Eli for inclusion in the faq.  But, obviously, I haven't done this
yet.  I can probably cover 90% of the problems people encounter.  
Unfortunately, some build problems are target or host specific, so
someone will actually have to try it and then run into trouble.
