Assuming you have a DJGPP-to-Unix compiler called gcc-unix

gcc-unix -o foo foo.c

BUT probably you wanted to ask how to build such a compiler :-))
This is really a hard task (but possible, if you have really a lot
of disk space, time, knowlage, fast computer and so on)
