I deperately need to be able to use winsockets by this summer.
I am compiling libsock for djgpp that I found at:
http://www.pld.ttu.ee/~indrek/downloads/

I ran 'make all' after unzipping with WINZIP that I found at a shareware
download site I can't remember the site name.

The make progressed ok after I typed 'set lfn=yes' in the dos prompt,
but halfway through I recieved an error.

I tried to recompile numerous times, but I always got the same errors:
make.exe[2]: Entering directory 'c:/winsock/libsock~1.6/src'
make.exe[2]: Entering directory 'c:/winsock/libsock~1.6/src/protoresolve'
make.exe[2]: Nothing to be done for 'all'
make.exe[2]: Leaving directory 'c:/winsock/libsock~1.6/src/protoresolve'
rm -rf ../libsocket.a
make.exe[1]: *** [library] Error -1
make.exe[1]: Leaving directory 'c:/winsock/libsock~1.6/src'
make.exe: *** [library] Error 2

Any suggestions at all????
I use rhide so I'm inexperienced with make...

Also, if anyone knows any good 3-d artists, I'd like to know as well
for I'm programming a Street Fighter clone.
