I must be doing something wrong or incomplete.  I set breakpoints in RHIDE, but
when I run my program, RHIDE tells me that either I "did not compile with
debugging information or the line set for the breakpoint does not output
anything".  Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong or leaving out?
