All those interested in creating a browser for DOS please send e-mail
to punjab AT ix DOT netcom DOT com

The scope of the project will be as follows:

1. Object oriented analysis of problem.
2. Creating library for implementation of DOS browser to include
PDCurses and BIOS video services for GUI and graphics/animation support
respectively.
3. Implementation of browser use-case from (1) with (2).

Immediate project goal is to achieve extensibility through Object
Orientation.

Ultimate goals may be to:
1. Provide full Java support.
2. Possibly to provide DOS independence (or DOS freedom). 

The target platform will be a 486DX2-66
