where does your DJGPP environment variable point to? hopefully, when you
changed the convention for the installation tree (everything being
installed under drive:\DJGPP), you remembered to put the modified line

SET DJGPP=c:\gcc\djgpp.env

in your autoexec.bat. by the way, DJGPP is more than just gcc, so i
personally find your naming choice quite misguided.
