While MGL may support DJGPP, have you ever managed to get it to use a
3dfx card? I haven't, but it's almost certainly a fault of mine rather
than the libraries.

MGL works fine in non-accelerated mode but Allegro is a far superior
library for that. Any attempt to use the MGL_glSetOpenGLType(MGL_GL_AUTO
) routine to make it use the 3dfx card just gets me link errors (I
forget the exact message but the gist of it is that it can't find the
routine even though I'm linking all the libraries and using Scitech's
ld_dj.exe replacement linker).

None of the example programs will use 3dfx either and also give the
same errors if I add a call to the aforementioned routine. If you've
managed to get this working could you please post details of the
procedure you used.
