How do you mess it? With Win95's CPU-usage? :-))
If yes, please post here the real results, and not what the
W95 program is telling you. This program shows (at least for
me) defenitely the wrong values. Sometimes I have up to 3 or 4
DOS-boxes with RHIDE running at the same time, but they run each
of them about at 20% CPU speed, but this wouldn't be possible, if
one of the boxes would eat already 100% (or do I have then a CPU
usage of 400% :-)
