Do you want to use a library, or write your own?
If you want to use a library, I recomend using Allegro. It's available
from http://www.talula.demon.co.uk/allegro/
If you want to write your own, looking at the source for Allegro is a
good start. Also there are several pages available telling you what you
need. Follow the DJGPP WebRing
(http://www.webring.org/cgi-bin/webring?home&ring=djgpp) to find them.
