Try Brennan's DJGPP2+Games Resources:
<http://www.rt66.com/~brennan/djgpp/>. It has a section devoted to
graphics tutorials and graphics libraries for DJGPP. You should also
read chapters 10 and 18 of the DJGPP Frequently Asked Questions list
(v2/faq210b.zip from SimTel or online at
http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/v2faq/).

There are two standard graphics libraries for DJGPP: GRX and Allegro.
Both are available in the 'v2tk' subdirectory of SimTel. GRX is
designed to emulate as closely as possible the Borland Graphics
Interface (BGI) that is popular with Borland/Turbo C users, while
Allegro is a strong, professional-quality graphics/game/sound library
with support for 3D graphics and 24-bit color.

There are also many other graphical libraries and tools available on the
net for DJGPP.
