Subject:	ANNOUNCE: New uploaded binutils 2.8.1

I have uploaded a newly compiled bnu281b.zip to the
DJGPP archive.

It fixes the bug discussed the last days here with the
in ld.exe hardcoded directory. Now there is the directory

/usr/local/i386-pc-msdosdjgpp/lib

coded which should not make any problems. The other think
I chnaged is, that I made now strip.exe and ranlib.exe
as "symbolic links" to objcopy.exe and ar.exe.

These are the only changes against the older bnu2812b.zip.
That means, anyone who had no problems with binutils 2.7
or binutils 2.8.1 need not to download the new archive.
