Some of the people who complained use Binutils 2.8.1 (and obviously E: is
their zip drive).  Therefore, I would suggest to fix at least 2.8.1 so it
doesn't try to access any path names it remembers from the machine where
it is built, and upload a fixed port to SimTel.NET.
