NT doesn't include the special LFN API that allows DOS programs to see 
the long file names.  So you cannot have them from DJGPP programs.  This 
is explained in the DJGPP FAQ list.

Maybe if enough people yelled at Microsoft, they would include the LFN 
API in a future version (yeah, right).

Or maybe somebody who needs this badly enough will sit down and write a 
free LFN server for Windows NT...  Maybe even you ;-)
