I know a wonderful program that will let you convert between a dozen formats, 
as well as make MPEG, and FLI/FLC movies.  It's an imave viewer, 
converter, (movie maker), and also has some simple effects you can perform on 
images (flip, rotate, etc.) Best of all, this program is FREEWARE! 

The program is called Display.
You can get the program from: http://bicmos.ee.nctu.edu.tw/
If this site is slow, look for a program called DISP189A.EXE from
any search engine.
