Hmm,
  Jon' (the author of Jlib) is currently in England on a working
holiday with his wife. So he's been cut off from the net for a while.
The latest version of Jlib that I've got is v1.8 . I've got a Jlib
web-site that Jon has created which I'll put up on a web server soon.
