Hello,

I'm hoping that there's an easy solution to Cirrus Logic 54xx problems
with truecolor using VESA1. I'm using a 15-bit VESA1 screenmode in
Allegro, which works fine on other cards, but on my Cirrus Logic
54(something), pixels get smeared vertically all the way down the
display.

Why does this happen? Is there a common fix? I really want to avoid
univbe since it's not freely available.

Thanks.
