Easy.  Change this:

    cout << "Ia in hex is ..." << hex << Ia << endl;

to this:

    cout << "Ia in hex is ..." << hex << Ia << dec << endl;

That is, merely set the base output back to decimal after you've printed
your (rare) hex value.
