I kept waiting for this reply because I experience the same problem when I
invoke man (M-x man) command.

My em1934b.zip is the latest download after your last announce for the last
19.34 version (sorry I lost the e-mail msg, and my ftp changes the date of
the file, but the d/l date is November, 5th.
