ftp.simtel.net

When you 'connect' to ftp.simtel.net, you are actually sent to a randomly
chosen official simtelnet site, to reduce overall load. These servers
-should- all be updated regularly. I'm not aware that there is one, main
server, but ftp.cdrom.com should be fairly reliable.
