As far as what DJGPP stands for I don't know exactly (that's what I get for
not reading all the docs), but my best guess would be DJ is for DJ Delorie,
G stands for GCC or GNU, and PP might be ++ as in C++ or something. :P

Anyway, there aren't any freely available compilers for DOS and Windows
programs, so you'll just have to pick up an old copy of Visual C++ or
something (you could probably find 1.0 for about $30. :P)
