Subject:	Wanting info about Windows Metafiles

I'm presently making/updating a converter from LaTeX to RTF, fit wor
reading by Word (6.0 and later). My question are:

1. Can comebody give me (or gime me a pointer to) specifications of
Windows Metafiles (i.e. *.WMF)

2. Same question for an up-to-date Specification of RTF Language (Mine
is 1.3, dates 1994).
