For 16MB, use the configuration suggested by the FAQ (section 3.9).

A better way is to post the relevant parts of your system
configuration files here.  You might hear advice that will allow you
to free more RAM that way.

A listing of the current memory occupants ("mem /c > mem.lst") would
be also nice.

First, there's a RAMDISK for W95, if you need that.  I don't remember
the details, but search the DJGPP mail archives: somebody posted the
info here a few months ago.

For DOS, I recommend SRDisk.  It's resizable (i.e., you can change its
size without rebooting).
