K&R is in its second edition, hopefully with a new one being published once
C9X is finalized. :)  There is no 'C++ version' of 'The C Programming
Language'... perhaps you mean 'The C++ Programming Language' by Bjarne
Stroustrup, now in its (I believe, but am not sure) fourth edition. While
the titles of the two are similar, one can hardly be said to be a 'version'
of the other.
