I think it is because you can send me an exeutable, I can crash 
it and redir the stacktrace to a file, send the file back to you and
you can symify the trace. Hence, the locations where you and me store
the executable may be completely different. But you are right, 
I think one might rearrange it in a way that the commandline
can overrule the trace. Unless there is something I'm not aware
of ;-)
