IMO the GUI is *very* important. The browser could easily suck just
because of a bad GUI although it would have lots of cool features.
That's usually a big problem with DOS-software so we should carefully
think about the GUI.
If we should use Allegro there's no need to care much about the video
hardware cause everything essential for accessing the video modes is
already implemented in Allegro.

There'll be some people for sure who are willing to port it to Linux.
