Pretty much finished: v3.0 is getting very close to beta. If you don't
mind using potentially buggy and unsupported code, you can get the
latest sources from http://www.talula.demon.co.uk/allegro, in the 
work-in-progress section.

Most things are the same, but obviously color constants are specified
differently. There is a doc explaining all the changes on my webpage:
