I thought I'd seen tkman running on the desktop
OSs.  As penance for circulating (mis)informa-
tion without adequate research, I'll report back
more fully on that.

has a readme which begins

	This is a port of GNU Groff version 1.10 to
	DJGPP v2.01 or later.

It appears to work even under MSDOS, not just Win*.
I haven't tried it myself, yet.
