Hmm, on my machine these are under djgpp/lang/cxx/std, not
djgpp/include/std - where does the CPLUS_INCLUDE_PATH in your
D:\EXTRAS\DJGPP\DJGPP.ENV point to? Mine is:

CPLUS_INCLUDE_PATH=%DJDIR%/lang/cxx;%C_INCLUDE_PATH%
; and
C_INCLUDE_PATH=%DJDIR%/include
