You should have written this:

    _go32_dpmi_meminfo m;

`_go32_dpmi_meminfo' is a name of a typedef, not a name of a struct.
Saying "struct _go32_dpmi_meminfo" is like saying "struct int": the
compiler doesn't know about a struct called `int'.
