That's the problem I encountered when learning make. Basicly it means that
you are missing a tab character when you are executing something:
you probably have a line
<tab, or some spaces> gcc <something>
Even though it might look like there's tab it may only actually be some
spaces. When you use DOS edit even when you typed tab it outputs spaces to
the file. WHen I first was doing make files, I was wandering what's going
on. I hit tab and that damn thing still does not work.
Try using windows notepad and look for all the lines with missing
seperator error and at the beginning put tab in them.
