You cannot just upload FAQs to rtfm.mit.edu.  To do that, we need to
make the FAQ comply with the standards set by people who maintain the
Usenet news groups, then let them review it (a lengthy process by
itself), and *then* they will put it on rtfm.  Right now, I don't have
time to do that, but it's on my todo list, so one day...
