  Even when Robert censured your idea in a hard way I must say the idea is
good. Some time ago I suggested the addition of "elapsed time" to meassure
the time invested by the compiler and/or linker. Blinker have both
features and I find it very useful.

:-))), that sounds funny and derived in some confution. You are asking it
for ^N and not for ENTER and the people missinterpreted it. I'm working
in some new feature for the editor that will allow to you define this
behavior. You'll need to wait some time for it.
