try reinstalling the files using this switch in pkunzip "/d"

this will put everything into its proper directories. 

If this dosent work, there is a complete installation file in the AOL file
bases

"djgpp.zip"

unzip that into a directory, run install that sets everything up hunky
dorie.

its rather large (6 megz) but that shouldnt mater.
