Simply run RHIDE in the directory where the sources are or even
better, create a project for you program in that directory
and the call RHIDE with the name of that project file as argument
and so RHIDE will change automatically to that directory.

This is, because RHIDE places the .exe files in the currecnt directory
and you have telled your settings for RHIDE to run in the bin
directory.
