Hello - 

Pre-compiled binaries for PGCC snapshot 0713 are now available from
http://www.goof.com/pcg.  I haven't checked the other mirrors to 
see if they have updated yet, but I would expect it to happen soon.

Changes - 

Conio works!!  Actually, constructors in general now work (any function
put in section .ctor)

FSF fixes to the c++ front end.  It is still pretty poor, and not
as good as the 0522 snapshot.  C++ has had many problems the last
few releases. 

Updated readme.  Covers a couple of gotchas as well as compatiblity
with the newly released binutils 2.8.1.

As a side note - 

There is mention now of 2.8 in the code base.  Shouldn't be too much
longer now for those of you waiting.

Also, according to the web stats there were over 100 downloads of the last
snapshot release.

Lastly, there are no DJGPP specific problems that I am aware of now 
(conio was the last).  Except maybe -fprofile-arcs which I am working
on, but none of you would be using it yet :)
