DJGPP is free; the full working version is available for download from any
simtelnet mirror. There is no `registration'. Installation instructions
can be found in the file `readme.1st', located in the v2 subdirectory of
any site distributing djgpp, and support can be attained through this
newsgroup/mailing list. You should first read the readme.1st file
thoroughly, and at least the first few chapters of the FAQ.

Go to http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/ for further information, or if you
can't read the web just FTP it from ftp.cdrom.com, base path
/pub/simtelnet/gnu/djgpp/, and see the readme.1st file for details of what
to get.
