Subject:	Newbie needing enormous help

Hi, i heard so much on the net about the fantastic allegro lib, so i
decided to download it immediatley. Everything seem OK until i used
the Make. An error crops up and nothing is compiled. The following
is the error :
D:\allegro>make
Ndmake:  Makefile(line 20): `ifdef DJDIR'.  Stop.
D:\allegro>
Can you please help me ?
I'm suspecting that some kind of environment variables are not set.
Am i right ? If yes can you please tell me how to do so ?
I did everything according to the Help of DJGPP and i Set everything in
the autoexec.bat ! I don't know what's wrong. Please help me !
