That's only partially correct. Since I found nowhere the sources for
TV 1.03 (which was originally the version which I ported to DJGPP)
I simply took the sources for TV 2.0 (which are available at
Borland's ftp site) and made the diffs against this version.
(This is one of the reasons why I made my own special patch
program to apply my changes to these sources).
