sure. and everybody has a mercedes etc. you may not realize this but
there are people (like me) who are on a slip/ppp connection and have to
do the downloads using (shock shock) a 14.4 modem. with a few
exceptions, most ftp/www software available for PCs require you to start
the download from the beginning if an error occurs.

and yes, if i download the stuff at school, it takes 3 minutes. but all
this is beside the point. if you would like to put together single file
distributions (say one for C only one for C/C++) of djgpp and maintain
that separately, i do not think anyone will object to that. in the
meantime, please try to consider people whose resources are a bit more
constrained.
