Last I checked, GNAT only ran with v1.xx DJGPP and came with
its own install.  I used the Windows 95 version w/o trouble last 
winter quite a bit.  I think the original poster should first verify
that
he is not trying to MIX versions, and then create a completely 
separate install for GNAT and load those evironment settings when
he wants to program in ADA.

Granted, this was about 6 months ago, it is possible they have
updated GNAT since then to run with DJGPP 2.xx, but I don't 
think that is likely, they've always been slow with GNAT updates.
