This was explained with the announcement of the port.  I attach it
below again, in case you missed it.

It is available in the file DESCRIPTIONS on any of the GNU ftp sites
(the main site is at ftp.gnu.ai.mit.edu).

From the original announcement of the Enscript port:

What is Enscript?  Enscript converts ASCII files to PostScript and stores
generated output to a file or sends it directly to the printer.  It is a
replacement for Adobe Enscript and a2ps programs.  It also features
language-sensitive highlighting in the print-out.  If you need to
pretty-print your program sources, here's your solution!
