200K is a verry good size for a 14K source. I'm not joking.

But if you want to reduce it you can try :
-*- If your source is a C program compile it with gcc, you will not have
the C++ libraries.
-*- Compile with the -s option. But with this this option you won't be
able to debug your exe.

If you're lucky you should have 30 or 50k free on your HD...
