The CD is very out of date; it seems to have version 1 on it. Version 2 is
far better; you should download it from a simtel mirror, e.g. get
ftp.simtel.net/pub/simtelnet/gnu/djgpp/v2/readme.1st and decide what other
files you require.

You can use PFE, if you like. Otherwise you can get emacs or RHIDE from
simtelnet; the files you require are listed in readme.1st (as are any
other files from the distribution).

Of course, if your CD has v2 on it as well, use that :)
