Please think a liitle bit about your questions before
posting it. If you know Borlands IDE and about the
Run menu there, why not checking at first the same
menu in RHIDE?

Yes!
Because RHIDE is designed to be a very easy to use
IDE, most of usual and default things are already
builtin in RHIDE. If you real want to configure
RHIDE to special things, you should  check the
DOC, where I tried to explain it (section 4.5-4.7).
